Refund Policy for Seminars, Workshops & Certifications
Refund Policy: Enrollment in class indicates understanding and acceptance of the following policy. All cancellations need to be submitted in writing. Deposits are absolutely non refundable (no exceptions). Final payments are due 30 days prior to the event. No refunds or transfers if cancelled less than 30 days prior to the event.
Release of Responsibility: Dewberry Designs, Inc., Marc or Donna Dewberry, and staff will not be responsible for loss or accident, injury or damage, omission or delay, or negligence of any kind. We do not sponsor/endorse any hotel. We are no responsible for room-pairing. Participant is responsible for tickets, transport, hotel arrangements, etc. Participants are advised to obtain travel insurance to cover any travel related fees, etc., and are responsible for all risks associated with traveling and hotel accommodations. Dewberry Designs, Inc., reserves the right to modify the agenda, instructors and class content.
If we Dewberry Designs, Inc do not recieve your final balance payment 30 days prior to the event you have signed up for, you could lose your spot for that event. If for some reason you can't get the final balance to us when due, please contact us asap so we can be aware of your situation.
New policy if your balance is not paid for a event at least 30days before that event you have signed up for there will be a $25.00 late fee charge, no exceptions. Also for any transfers there will be a $25.00 charge, no exceptions.
