Preparation
Mark the frame size on the papers and then trace and transfer the patterns if needed.

PAINTING INSTRUCTIONS
(Refer to the color worksheet throughout)

Daisies on Plaid:
Load the #16 Flat with Flow Medium and then add Fresh Foliage to create a transparent soft green color. Using the chisel edge of the brush paint horizontal and vertical stripes on the white paper. Allow the lines to wave to create a less formal appearance.

Double load the #16 Flat with Rose Shimmer and Wicker White, add Flow Medium to the brush as needed to make the paint flow easier. Using the chisel edge of the brush and leading with the Wicker White; paint the daisies. Double load the 1/2" Scruffy with School Bus Yellow and Thicket; pounce to form the centers for the flowers.

Floral Duo:
Load the #16 Flat with and medium pink mixture of Wicker White and Rose Shimmer, using the flat side of the brush; paint the single flower's petals. Add more Wicker White to the mixture to make a paler pink. Load the #16 Flat with this mixture and then paint the other flowers. Double load the #16 Flat with Wicker White and Fresh Foliage, using the flat side of the brush; paint the large leaves for the single flower. Using the same brush and colors but using the chisel edge pull a stem for the flower. Double load the #8 Flat with Wicker White and Fresh Foliage, using the flat side of the brush; paint the small leaves for the double flowers. Using the same brush and colors but using the chisel edge pull a stem for the small flower. Double load the 1/2" Scruffy with Thicket and School Bus Yellow; pounce to form the centers for the flowers. Load the #2 Script Liner with Fresh Foliage that has been thinned with Flow Medium; outline the leaves. Load the #2 Script Liner with Rose Shimmer that has been thinned with Flow Medium; outline the petals, add details in the petals and the paint the butterfly.

Finishing Touches:
Allow drying and then frame and enjoy.
