		Convention Info CLASS REGISTRATION The registration fee for The Super Education Convention 2008 is $379.00. Registration fee includes: • Three Special dinners • VIP Reception • Fashion show • Live auction • 60’s Dance • Classes of your choice (one per time slot) • Most surfaces (except in specified classes) • Paint If you register after April 15, 2008 your fee will be $429.00. registration closes June 1, 2008. Registration begins upon receipt of this flyer. Classes will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. You will not be signed up for the classes you have selected until you are paid in full. You may register with a nonrefundable deposit of $150.00 and pay the balance by April 15, 2008. In order for you to get the $379.00 rate, balance must be paid in full by April 15, 2008. Please type or print clearly, indicating your first and second choices. Double check all classes listed to avoid booking two classes at the same time. Mistakes listed on the registration form by the student are the student’s responsibility. Payment must accompany the registration form.
